Phase 1

Aptitude Evaluation (Annex A)

  • Leadership & commitment (SIHO-A policy signed by top management)
  • SIHO organization (structure and resources)
  • Risk management methodology (ART)
  • Emergency plans
  • Occupational hygiene programs
Phase 2

Contract-Specific SIHO-A Plan (Annex B)

  • Personnel list and training/medical fitness certificates
  • Equipment/tools and PPE certifications + maintenance plans
  • Environmental management (hazardous waste, spill control, ecosystem protection)
  • Work permits aligned with IR-S-04
Phase 3

Performance Evaluation (Annex C)

  • Accident statistics
  • Legal compliance (e.g., occupational safety and environmental regulations)
